Your personal trading workspace is private by default. Joining a community space does not give its owner access to your Journal, Hub, TradeShield, Prop Copy, or connected trading activity.
What this notice covers
This notice applies to the Tradelevate public site, account access, private workspace, and the product features available inside that workspace. It also covers community features when they are made available to you.
Features that are not yet enabled cannot collect information through a customer flow. Provider connections and live copying are available only when an approved connection is offered and you choose to use it.
Information Tradelevate handles
- Account access: your email address, authentication state, and the information needed to keep your session secure.
- Workspace setup: your workspace name, role, market preferences, and onboarding choices.
- Journal and daily work: trades you enter or import, deliberate before/during/after notes, reviews, debriefs, plans, actions, and the exports you request.
- Protection settings: TradeShield plans, warnings, review states, and the source information used to explain available coverage.
- Connected activity: customer-safe account labels and order or fill activity received through an approved connection. Tradelevate does not present live balance, drawdown, buying power, or broker enforcement unless reliable live account data is available.
- Prop Copy: setup, account mappings, safety decisions, and the history needed to explain what happened when the live product is available to your account.
- Community participation: organization, community space membership, role, invitation, consent, and account-security history. Outside messages and identities are not collected unless a supported connection is available and you choose to use it.
- Service operation: limited request, device, and error information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How the information is used
Tradelevate uses this information to authenticate you, operate the workspace you selected, provide the product action you requested, protect account boundaries, maintain reliable records, respond to support, and improve the private beta.
Creating an account starts your authenticated Tradelevate workspace. You are not asked to submit a separate sales-interest form first.
Your privacy boundaries
- Your private workspace is authorized separately from every community space.
- A community owner, administrator, or mentor cannot use a community role to inspect your private product records.
- A supported Discord or Slack connection records only moments you deliberately submit through its Tradelevate command or form. Ordinary channel conversation does not become part of your Journal.
- When public sharing is available, it is selected and revocable; your full private record is not published by default.
- Essential cookies are used for authentication, recovery, and private-workspace selection. Tradelevate does not currently use advertising cookies.
Services that help Tradelevate operate
Tradelevate currently uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting and delivery, and Resend for account and recovery email. Each provider handles information needed to perform its service under its own terms and privacy documentation.
Before a supported connection is enabled, Tradelevate will show what it can access and why. A provider is not presented as connected until that integration has been verified.
Your choices and controls
You can edit many workspace and product settings inside Tradelevate. Journal and TradeShield include private export paths, and workspace owners can view a safe inventory of product records.
For access, correction, portability, or workspace-closure questions, contact [email protected]. A closure request does not immediately erase a workspace. Tradelevate first confirms the requester and handles connected accounts and trading records safely.
Retention and security
Some records need different retention periods to keep your trading history, account-security records, and requested exports consistent. During the private beta, one automatic deletion schedule is not available. Contact support for the current closure process.
Tradelevate uses authenticated access, active workspace membership, private responses, and scoped product services to protect customer records. No online service can promise perfect security, so never send passwords, reset links, broker credentials, access tokens, or recovery codes to support.
