Private beta terms

Use Tradelevate with control and clear expectations.

These terms describe the private beta, your responsibilities, and the boundaries around trading tools that support decisions but do not make them for you.

Effective July 14, 2026
Trading stays your decision

Tradelevate is software for planning, recording, protection settings, review, community participation, and supported account automation. It is not a broker, investment adviser, or promise of trading results.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms apply when you create or use a Tradelevate private-beta account. Tradelevate is the name of the service and the provider under these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter an agreement, and permitted to use the service where you live. If you do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice, do not create an account.

Your account and workspace

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private.
  • Use only workspaces, trading accounts, records, and community spaces you are authorized to access.
  • Tell [email protected] if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.
  • You are responsible for actions taken through your authenticated account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Trading risk and decisions

Futures and leveraged trading involve substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone. Losses can be significant. You are responsible for deciding whether a trade, account, provider, strategy, or limit is appropriate for you.

Tradelevate does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Plans, Journal observations, TradeShield states, community content, and product suggestions are informational workflow tools, not recommendations or permission to trade.

Product boundaries

  • Journal: recorded or imported information can be incomplete or incorrect. Review it before relying on it.
  • Trader Hub: next actions organize your day; they do not direct a trade.
  • TradeShield: recorded-data guidance is not live broker enforcement. A clear state means no concern was found in available records, not that a trade is safe.
  • Prop Copy: live automatic copying is offered only through supported, verified connections. Tradelevate does not guarantee identical outcomes across accounts. Keep independent account controls available.
  • Communities: community roles do not grant access to a member's private workspace. Content shared by other traders is their own and is not verified advice from Tradelevate.

Records and permissions

You must have the right to submit any trade records, files, notes, account information, community material, or connector content you provide. You allow Tradelevate to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the features you use.

Private records remain private by default. When a sharing feature is available, you control the material you deliberately select, subject to the feature's visibility and revocation controls.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tradelevate to break the law, access another person's workspace, evade account or provider controls, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious code, probe protected systems without permission, misrepresent trading results, or abuse invitation and recovery flows.

Tradelevate may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect customers, the service, or third-party providers from abuse or a credible security risk.

Private-beta availability

The private beta is provided on an as-available basis. Features, providers, limits, and availability may change as the product is verified. Tradelevate does not promise uninterrupted service, a particular provider connection, execution outcome, profit, or continued access to an unfinished feature.

Any future paid commitment will be presented separately before purchase. These private-beta Terms do not create a paid subscription by themselves.

Ending use and contacting Tradelevate

You may stop using Tradelevate at any time. For workspace closure, account access, or questions about these Terms, email [email protected]. Data handling follows the Privacy Notice.

These Terms may be updated as the private beta changes. The effective date above identifies the version currently posted.
